While exploring the low lying hills, buttes, and bluffs just south of Zion National park, I came across Signal Peak and its surrounding geography. Each side of the small mountain range being slightly different from every other, the entire area is permeated with diversity. Looking up from the bottom of its canyons provides a beautifully stepped view of the area’s geologic history. I couldn’t help but revel in the beauty of this area as a gorgeous cloud cover crawled its way through the range creating both some dramatic light, along with a moment of glory for such a beautiful landscape.
